We work hard to get your orders carefully packed and on their way to you as quickly as possible!

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Standard Items: Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 4 business days.

• Specialty Items (Books, Craft Guides & Apparel): Select specialty items require additional preparation time and may take up to 8 business days to ship.

Split Shipments To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple items—especially those with different handling times—may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment as it goes out.

Tracking Your Order Once your package ships, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email containing your carrier tracking details. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.
